We recently had Tom from Superior install two single garage doors at our home in Oxford. Due to our choice of doors, they had to be ordered. Tom called us just before Christmas to say they were in. He actually installed them New Years Eve Day.
When Tom came to quote the doors he was very specific in what the installation included. Surprisingly he told us the motors that we had were not that old and had a very long life span. He gave us the option of course, if we wanted new motors but said he really didn't think it was necessary and would just give them a general maintenance at no charge.
We called Tom several times with questions we had about the doors after he left us some information about them. His response Time was excellent and was always very courteous in answering any questions we did have.
Now the doors are installed. He did a super job in the installation and left the site very clean.
